This luxury apartment has a corner, south facing position on the second floor of one of the finest complexes in the Costa Del Sol and has the included facility of a private garage with access by lift from the ground floor.
Outside
This is a high security complex guarded at the entrance and exit 24 hours a day. The oasis-like gardens overlooked by the apartment terrace have two excellent swimming pools and a beautiful fountain pond containing tropical fish.
Constructed in 2004, the apartment has a luxury private leisure complex next-door. It has tennis and paddle courts, spa, gym and outdoor and indoor pools. You can also use the club for an additional daily or weekly fee, payable at the club. The complex currently incorporates one of the finest restaurants on the coast boasting a world-class chef.
Note: The spa is currently being further extended to incorporate a luxury hotel, which means there may be some construction work taking place.

| Terrace: | Terracotta tiled floor and large hand-made antiqued terracotta tiled table and iron chairs plus gas barbecue. Overlooking beautifully lit oasis-like gardens with lush green foliage and palm trees, night-lit swimming pool with distant sea and mountain views from the edge of the terrace. |
| Other: | The small side terrace off of the second bedroom also overlooks the beautiful gardens. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. |
Note: There is a coin-op air conditioning system which costs €1Euro for two hours.
There is a €60Euro supplement for the cleaning of the apartment, payable to the at the end of the stay to the keyholders.
We require a 50% deposit and the balance is payable six weeks before departure with a returnable £250 damage deposit.
